About

Our mission is twofold: We look to generate superior risk-adjusted returns through in-house research and by leveraging our global network while also providing research exposure to certain lesser-known companies who do not have the benefit of institutional coverage or advisory.

HoldCo Markets Advisory Inc. (HoldCo Markets) is a specialized investment management firm focusing on the junior/ mid-cap metals & mining sector. Being a private family office, we are active investors, advisors and market participants in the sector.

Whether near production or post-discovery, we find that the best opportunities are in the commodities benefiting from specific secular tailwinds which we see as having an increasing long-term impact on society. Some of these themes include decarbonization, energy transition and an ever changing geo-political and rate backdrop. Our unconstrained approach has us active across the entire corporate lifespan of a mining company ranging from exploration, and project financing to construction and production.
